The operation has resulted in the arrest of alias Ric, 44 years old, single, and a resident of said place. He was arrested after selling one vape containing suspected marijuana oil worth P4,000 to a PDEA undercover operative who acted as the poseur buyer. His cohort, alias Jack, was likewise arrested during the operation.
Seized from the suspects were five vapes containing suspected marijuana oil; nine vacuum-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected dried marijuana leaves weighing approximately 455 grams, one transparent plastic sachet containing suspected dried marijuana leaves, six transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately seventy grams, drug paraphernalia, and marked buy-bust money.
The authorities were also able to confiscate an M4 Carbine, 9mm Luger, and bullets.
The suspects will be facing charges for violations of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
