DCPO acting chief Colonel Mannan Muarip said a total of 113 police personnel were strategically deployed from various operational units to provide security coverage and ensure the safety of the public throughout the duration of the activity.
Police monitoring teams reported that the entire activity remained peaceful and normal, with no significant incidents recorded.
Muarip emphasized the importance of cooperation between the public and law enforcement in maintaining peace and order during public gatherings.
The successful and peaceful conduct of today’s activity reflects the strong cooperation and sense of responsibility shown by the individuals who participated in the event, he said.
“We commend everyone for observing discipline and for working together with the police and other security clusters in ensuring that the gathering remained orderly and safe for all,” he said.
Muarip underscored the proactive deployment of police personnel and close coordination with stakeholders played a vital role in ensuring that the activity concluded successfully without any untoward incident.
