Flooding monitoring in Santo Tomas town in Davao del Norte
Santo Tomas, Davao del Norte Municipal Administrator Lawyer Elisa Evangelista-Lapina together with the personnel from Responder ni Tomas visited Barangays San Miguel and Kinamayan on Thursday, Nov. 11 around 11 p.m to monitor the flooding in the area due to the localized thunderstorm felt in the province.
