Baser Amer, a resident of Don Julian Maa, here drained the bank shot to lift the Bossing to their third straight win to continue their best start in franchise history in the Philippine Cup.
The shot is sweet for Amer since he made it against his former team, who traded him to the Bossings in exchange for Makilala, North Cotabato cager Mac Bello.
The former player of Holy Child College of Davao only scored six points in the game, but two of his points helped the team win.
Aside from Bello, Monkayo, Davao de Oro scorer Rey Suerte also scored 15 solid points to help the Bossings beat the Bolts.
