China is not our enemy. Those pushing for war have hidden agenda; they are enemies of peace. Do not believe all things said or written about China, the SCS/WPS and the Chinese people in the country in general. Singling them out, discriminating against them, targeting them for persecution, labeling, red-tagging are forms of racism and Sinophobia which we abhor. We do not want the same prejudice be heaped on our fellow Filipinos abroad! That is why it is universally condemned.
Unfortunately, our society and media today are swamped with these disinformations and misinformations to deceive and to control us.
This is the same thing happening in attempts to ban Tiktok in the US for instance. It has nothing or little to do with China but everything to do with controlling the mindset of Americans.
Be discerning in what you read or hear. God gave us that faculty. Lies enslave us; truth shall set us free! (John 8:32)
