DAVAO CITY — On March 7, 2024, at UIC Bajada Gymnasium, the Holy Cross of Davao College Crusaders, who had been waiting for ten years, finally won back the women's collegiate volleyball title in the Davao Association of Catholic Schools finals versus Cor Jesu College.
In an exciting five-set encounter, the Crusaders, led by veteran and former Ateneo de Davao University varsity player Roman Jacob Cuison, defeated the visiting Cor Jesu College from Digos City, Davao del Sur.
Cuison expressed his gratitude and happiness on Facebook for their significant victory."After 10 long years! After a year of setbacks, We made a goal to be back for this year, and God gave it to us!
