PDEA, MATS Interns distribute hygiene kits, essential items to fire victims
The Preventive Education and Community Involvement Section (PECIS) of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 11, together with the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) Interns of the MATS College of Technology distributed assistance to families affected by the fire incident in Barangay 21-C, Davao City during their outreach program on October 9, 2025.

 PDEA 11 and the MATS students gave hygiene kits and essential items to affected residents who lost their homes and belongings. The activity aimed to provide immediate support and uplift the morale of the victims as they recover from the tragedy.

The outreach program forms part of PDEA’s community engagement efforts, strengthening its partnership with local government units and fostering compassion and unity within the community.

PDEA reiterated its commitment not only to fight illegal drugs but also to serving the community through humanitarian and civic programs that promote public welfare.(PDEA)
