DAVAO CITY — Davao City Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte met with a senior foreign affairs official from Fujian Province, China, to explore opportunities for deeper cooperation in key sectors, particularly agriculture and healthcare.
Duterte welcomed Hon. Huang Shaorong, Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Fujian Provincial People’s Government, during a courtesy call in Davao City on August 27, 2026.
