Phinma Properties makes sure to highlight these rare features of Likha Residences Davao during a one-of-a-kind grand launch on June 1 centered on its theme, “Art in Various Forms”. On this day, two sub-events showcasing art and lifestyle will be unveiled.
“The launch event will kick off with "Art you can live in," presenting an exclusive glimpse into the limited-edition designer townhomes meticulously crafted by the renowned Mañosa & Co.,” said Phinma.
Mañosa & Company, was led by Francisco Mañosa , National Artist of the Philippines for Architecture in 2018. The company according to Phinma brings a rich cultural legacy to Likha with the use of indigenous materials and traditional Filipino motifs, paying homage to the country's architectural heritage.
Likha Residences Davao, an exclusive community of94 designer townhomes will soon rise at Dona Asuncion Hizon Road, Barangay Pampanga giving residents easy access to downtown Davao and neighboring Island Garden City of Samal, home to Southern Mindanao’s best.
The grand launch events are open to guests, real estate brokers and sellers, and media representatives who share a passion for art, design, and culinary excellence.
After the grand launch, Likha Residences will hold two sub-events each focusing on art and lifestyle.
“Art You Can Wear” is a grand launch post-event featuring among others, an exquisite collection of jewelry masterpieces. The other event is “Art You Can Taste”, featuring top chefs to show their creativity in envisioning and executing dishes that are not only delicious but also visually stunning.

Likha Residences Davao is the third development of Phinma Properties. The first was the Arezzo condominium in Dona Pilar, Sasa, constructed in 2013. It also ventured into townhomes in Tugbok here in Davao City last year as its second project.
