Verse of the Day | August 18, 2024
- ξ
Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Donβt be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.
Therefore do not be anxious, saying, βWhat shall we eat?β or βWhat shall we drink?β or βWhat shall we wear?β
And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.
And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?
βGood planning and hard work lead to prosperity, but hasty shortcuts lead to poverty.β
When the righteous cry for help, the LORD hears and delivers them out of all their troubles.
Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. And as I gave you the green plants, I give you everything.
So do not worry, saying, βWhat shall we eat?β or βWhat shall we drink?β or βWhat shall we wear?β 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Who am I, LORD Godβ¦. that You have brought me this far? You, LORD, are God! You have promised these good things to your servant.
The blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin.
Dishonest money dwindles away, but whoever gathers money little by little makes it grow.
