We all have been hurt in life. Some more than the other. The mistakes of others are out of our control. But we can determine how we will respond, we can either imprison ourselves in resentment or choose to forgive the one who hurt us and let ourselves out of the prison of resentment and move on in life.
I know it's easier said than done. Be honest with God tell Him how hard it is for you to forgive and let go. He will strengthen you and help you. He will enable you to do it. Lay it all at His feet.
