VP Sara  inauguration successful, peaceful, says Task Group Site Davao
The Regional Police including the other members of Task Group Site Davao said that the inauguration of Vice President Sara Duterte Sunday (June 19) here was successful and peaceful.

Brigadier General Benjamin Silo, the regional police 11 director said that the Task Group was successfully able to implement all the security measures and protocols they had planned  for the peaceful and orderly conduct of the inauguration of Duterte as the 15th Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines.

The Task Group Site Davao led by Task Group (TG) Commander Major General Filmore Escobal, 

acting Area Police Command-Eastern Mindanao (APC-EM) held a series of meetings and convergences to ensure the safety and security of Vice President Duterte and all inauguration attendees.

10th Infantry Division Commander Major General Nolasco Mempin said that there was no incident 

even of protest rallies.

The Task Group Site Davao had successfully secure the Holy Mass at San Pedro Church which was officiated by Davao Archbishop Romulo Valles and the oath-taking rite administered by Supreme Court Justice Ramon Paul L Hernando, which was observed and attended by about 20,000 spectators.

The Task Group, who composed a total of 3,732 security forces from the police, military, coastguard, and other force multipliers also secured the 600 VIPs from various locations across the country.
