NOTORIOUS MARIJUANA PUSHER NAB IN BUY-BUST; P1.6M MARIJUANA VAPE CARTRIDGES SEIZED
Operatives of the Regional Special Enforcement Team-Davao City Office of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 11 alongside National Bureau of Investigation Southeastern Mindanao Regional Office (NBI SEMRO), arrested a notorious marijuana pusher during a buy-bust operation conducted on Saturday morning , July 11, 2026, at the second floor of a residence in Durian Street, Juna Subdivision, Matina Crossing, Davao City.
The target of the operation, identified only as alias "Cebastian," 22 years old, single, and a resident of Panabo City, was apprehended after he allegedly sold one pack containing vape cartridges filled with suspected marijuana oil, valued at P3,000, to a PDEA operative acting as a poseur-buyer.
The operatives confiscated during the operation were 39 vape cartridges containing suspected marijuana oil, with an estimated total value of P1,600,000, along with the marked buy-bust money.
Appropriate charges for violation of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, as amended, will be filed in court against the suspect.
