Edgar T. Jubay replaced Naravy Duquiatan who was transferred to the PDEA Academy in Cavite.
Duquiatan will serve as Superintendent of the PDEA Academy in his new assignment.
Jubay previously served as director of PDEA Region V- Bicol region while Duquaiatan, has been PDEA 11 director since 2023.
Under Duquaitan’s leadership, the PDEA 11 was recently named as recipient of the Anti-Red Tape Authority- Report Card Survey (ARTA RCS) gold award.
The survey measured key performance indicators, such as submission of compliance reports, client satisfaction, service provision, delivery and quality, and overall recognition of service excellence.
In an interview, Jubay said PDEA 11 under his leadership will continue to intensify the agency’s mandate which is to reduce the demand and supply of illegal drugs in coordination with other government agencies.
