The Davao City Police Office (DCPO) has intensified its security preparations for the upcoming inauguration and grand opening of the Kingdome, Tuesday September 1, 2026.
On August 31, 2026, DCPO City Director PCOL Peter Bauzon Madria led a command conference focused on the security coverage for the major event. Key DCPO officials attended the meeting to discuss operational plans, coordination, and the deployment of security personnel, emphasizing a unified approach to maintaining peace and order.
The DCPO leadership also coordinated with Caesar Uy, Security Officer, and his staff to further strengthen security measures and ensure close coordination throughout the activity.
The preparations reflect the DCPO’s proactive efforts to ensure the safety, security, and orderly conduct of the Kingdome’s inauguration and grand opening, while strengthening cooperation between law enforcement and event organizers.
