San Pedro Police station identified the suspects as Dexter Duray Castillo alias “YORS”, 46 and a resident of Sto. Niño, Buhangin, Davao City and his cohort Vincent Joseph Claveria Uy alias “Bince”, 39 and a resident of No. 530 Del Pilar Ext., Sta. Cruz, Agdao.
San Pedro police arrested the suspects after they handed over to a police poseur buyer a plastic sachet containing suspected shabu.
Police recovered a total of 3 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P48,000.
Also confiscated were some drug paraphernalia, cellular phone, coin purse, and the marked money used in the operation.
The suspects are now in the custody of San Pedro PNP and would be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
