DAVAO CITY---A veteran lady trail runner who lives here has won one of the categories of the 4 Peaks Mountain Ultra Marathon in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte on February 20.
Julieann Morales, a member of Team BRAD won the 42 kilometers female category with a time of 9:19.
Morales won a trophy as a prize in the tournament participated in by some of the top trail runners in Mindanao.
In a Facebook post, Morales said he is happy with her win and thank her team for her win.
"Salamaaat BRADers!," Morales said.
Aside from trail running, Morales is also part of Dragons Del Sur, one of the top rowing teams in Mindanao.
Dragons del Sur has won many national and local rowing competitions for the past few years. (Romeo Braceros Jr.)
