DAVAO CITY----Two veteran runners from Carmen, Davao del Norte and Davao City are the top winners in the Rizal 55KM Ultramarathon 2021 last December 29-30 from Panabo City, Carmen, and Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.
Majones C. Abungan, from Carmen, rules the men's category with a time of 5:33:40.
The second place went to Ralph Zembra 5:33:48.
The third place went to Jamil Perecho 5:34:06.
In the women's category, Alma Labial from Davao City was declared as champion with a time of 7:33:43.
The second place went to Maridel Nunez 7:47:47.
The third place went to Lilibeth Garcia 7:52:33.
All champions in each of the categories won Amihan gears, BBG items, and a trophy.
A total of 186 runners accross Mindanao joined the race organized by Basta Bisaya Gahi (BBH) Run.Ph.
