The Eastern Mindanao Command (EastMinCom) confirms that the aircraft, Super Huey, crashed earlier today, November 4, in the vicinity of Loreto, Agusan del Sur, while en route to Tactical Operations Group (TOG) 10, Butuan City.

Davao City - The Eastern Mindanao Command (EastMinCom) confirms that the aircraft, Super Huey, crashed earlier today, November 4, in the vicinity of Loreto, Agusan del Sur, while en route to Tactical Operations Group (TOG) 10, Butuan City.

The aircraft, according to EastMinCom report was deployed to carry out Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) missions within Tactical Operations Group 10 Area of Responsibility in support of relief operations for Tropical Storm "TINO."

EastMinCom said the rescue and recovery operations are ongoing. The Command is working closely with the emergency response teams in the area.

EastMinCom appeals for the public's understanding, prayers, and cooperation as efforts to locate the crew continue. Further updates will be provided once additional information becomes available.
