"Like an eagle flight, our Division must move with unity, purpose and strength -each wing, each feather, each movement working in harmony toward a common goal,” said Brig. Gen. Luzon.

Immediately after the ceremony, Brigadier General Luzon convened his first Command Conference with the officers of the 10th Infantry (Agila) Division, where he delivered his first command guidance as the new King Agila.

In his address, he emphasized his leadership mantra — A.G.I.L.A. — which stands for Accountability, Growth, Integrity, Loyalty, and Achievement through Excellence. This guiding principle embodies his vision of a disciplined, competent, and mission-focused Agila Division, where every Agila Troopers takes responsibility for their actions, strives for continuous growth, upholds integrity, remains steadfast in loyalty, and pursues excellence in all endeavors to achieve collective success.

Furthermore, Brigadier General Luzon has a long-established connection with Davao Region and nearby provinces.
