The 7th Davao Culinary Cup (DCC), which is co-organized by SM Lanang and the LTB Philippines Chefs Association of Davao, brings together renowned chefs fromManila namely James Antolin, J Gamboa, Sito Senn, Mike Yap, Norbert Gandler, Kenneth Cacho, Chris Balane, Cherrie Tan, Brando Santos, Carlos Aluning, PauloSia, Lara Dizon, Reggie Aspiras, Penk Ching, and Jackie Ang Po.
More than 300 hundred participants composed of chefs from culinary schools, restaurateurs, and enthusiasts vie to be Mindanao’s best in different competition categories.
