The Davao del Norte Provincial Office of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 11 led the operation, in coordination with the Tagum City Police Station, and Civil Military Operation of the Philippine Army.
Alias Max, 24 years old, the alleged drug den maintainer, and the target of the operation was arrested after selling one sachet of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, or shabu, weighing approximately one gram to a PDEA undercover agent.
Also arrested were alias An, a reported drug den employee, and drug den visitor identified as alias Waky.
Seized were six pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu in different sizes weighing approximately fourteen grams, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the marked buy-bust money.
Cases for violations of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are being prepared against them.
