Madis got the championship slot earlier after beating No. 14 Nichole Dela Rita in their semifinal duel 6-2, 6-2.
The young tennis star won P25,000 and a medal as a prize in the event.
In the Malaysian tournament, Madis won four championship medals and trophies.
Tennielle Bedua Madis won the 16-under girls singles and 16-under girls double crowns in the 40th His Majesty Syed Putra (Perlis-Milo) International Juniors Tennis Championship 2022, held in Kangar, Perlis, Malaysia on December 5–9.
From Nov. 30 to Dec. 4, Madis also won two tennis championships at the 37th Penang Open International Junior Tennis Tournament in Penang, Malaysia.
Madis won the 16-under girls singles and 16-under girls doubles crowns against some of Asia's top young tennis players.
Madis won the singles crown after beating top seed and favorite Chan Kai Ning of Singapore in straight sets, 6-2, 6-1.
The young tennis player also conspired with another Filipino, Dane Basijan, to win the doubles crown against Ning and a Malaysian tennis player, 6-4, 6-4.
