DAVAO CITY---A day before his wedding, Converge player and Davaoeno lefty shooter Allyn Bulanadi scored 16 points in his team's 105-89 defeat to Ginebra on July 1.
Bulanadi, a former high school varsity player of Assumption College of Davao was a man on fire in the game for his team.
Despite their loss and a tired body, Buladi flew back to Davao City to wed his partner, Cloie Davide, on July 2.
"Excited ako sa game tsaka sa kasal, kaya siguro ganun yung nangyari," Bulanadi said.
According to reports, Bulanadi immediately left Smart Araneta Coliseum after the game to pack up his bags and make his 3:30 a.m. flight to Davao.
In the afternoon of that same day, Bulanadi married Davide. (Romeo Braceros, Jr.)
