Gilayong naglusad ang Toril Police ug pursuit operation human ni reklamo ang usa ka tag-iya sa Bao-bao tricycle nga gikawat ang iyang sakyanan nga naka-park sa usa ka mall sa Toril.
Gibutyag ni Toril Police Chief, Major Sheryl Bautista, si Morsid ug grupo niini gipanid-an na sa Toril Police isip mga suspek sa kinawatay ug Bao-bao sa iyang area of responsibility.
NA-recover nuon ang gi-carnap nga bao-bao nga maoy gisakyan ni Morsid padung Cotabato.
“The arrest of this carnapping suspect is a manifestation that we have been closely monitoring these personalities for the past weeks and months. While protection of human rights is our primary consideration, we will not allow that harm be brought to our police officers in any of our operations by any unscrupulous individual. When danger is clear and present that may cause injury or death upon any police officer, we are bound to protect the lives of our men and not allow any danger to overcome our law enforcers," pahayag ni Bautista.
