Davao City—In the first game of the NCAA Season 99 Juniors Basketball Finals, which was played earlier at the Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City, Letran Squire defeated UPHSD Junior Altas 97-80, thanks to a strong performance from a young high school basketball player from Barangay San Antonio Agdao. The player finished with 14 points.

The defending NCAA high school basketball champion's attempt to hold onto the crown was greatly aided by George Diamante.

Now that he is number nine on the NBTC list, Diamante is in good place.

Due to his exceptional skill on both the offensive and defensive ends, Diamante is regarded as one of the top 9 high school basketball players in the nation.

Currently rated ninth on the NBTC list, Diamante is in good mood.

Diamante is having a good season as an offensive and defensive player in the NCAA high school basketball league.

Diamante won three awards for his squad this year as the Best Player of the Game.
