DAVAO CITY—A talented female football player who plays here is a member of the Makati FC U-16 girls squad, which took first place in the JSSL 7'S in Singapore on March 31.
Jilliana Dagpin competes in the Asia Premier Youth Football competition, which features 400 teams from 17 different nations.
Her team, Makati FC, is the champion.Dagpin contributed to her team's victory in the Southeast Asian football championship by playing well throughout the competition.
In addition to being a taekwondo champion, Dagpin is a student at the Ateneo de Davao University.
Jillian's mother, MJ Dagpin, is quite pleased with her daughter's accomplishment in learning both football and taekwondo. (Romeo Braceros Jr.)
