Luxury townhome Likha Residences Davao breaks ground
Likha Residences Davao, a luxury townhouse development by PHINMA Properties will soon rise in Davao City.

A groundbreaking of the project was held on Friday (Mar.8)at its location in Doña Asuncion, Hizon Road in Barangay Pampanga, which is nearer to the Davao International Airport and the Samal Island Ferry Wharf to the neighboring Island Garden City of Samal, home to Southern Mindanao’s best beaches.

The housing development project consisting of 94 townhomes is a modern architecture showcasing traditional Filipino heritage. Designed by Mañosa and Co. architectural firm, the townhouses will be made out of indigenous materials with traditional Filipino motifs. The architectural firm was founded by the late Francisco “Bobby” Mañosa, a Philippine National Artist for Architecture and Allied Arts.

The townhomes are classified into two namely: Marikit and Hiraya

The Hiraya townhome is bigger with a lot area of 87-120 sqm floor area of 186.60 sqm and an inventory of 16 units. While Marikit townhome is also 87-120 sqm lot area but with a smaller floor area of 184.50 sqm and an inventory of 55 units.

The development is unique because each townhome stands on three floors. The ground floor has a foyer, one bedroom with toilet and bath, a private garden, staff quarters, outdoor utility and drying yard,  and 2-car capacity carport. The second floor will include the living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, and balcony. The master bedroom with toilet and bath, and second bedroom with toilet and bath are found at the third floor.

For the Hiraya townhome, the ground floor provides a provision for an elevator.

The luxury development also provides a clubhouse, fitness gym, landscaped community, multi-purpose hall, resident’s lounge, 24-hour security, swimming pool, pocket garden, and underground cabling.

In a statement, developer PHINMA Properties said Likha Residences Davao is built with sustainability in mind, from energy-saving buildings to green spaces. “Our goal is to reduce environmental impact while offering residents a sustainable and eco-friendly place to live.”
