CSWDO Planning information, Research, and Communication Section (PIRCS) Head, Mae Aquino, told the Davao City Disaster Radio on Monday that the review was assisted by the Department of Social Welfare and Development and the Davao CIty Planning and Development Office.
Aquino said that the activity was conducted to gauge whether the CSWDO was effectively serving its sectors based on the indicators.
“ [Ang PRE] naka-anchor kini sa atong indicators sa Seal of Good Local Governance and kadtong sa atong Child Friendly Local Governance Audit og ingon usab sa atong ginatawag na Social Delivery Capacity assessment masiguro gyud nato nga within gyud ta sa quality standard sa atong pagdumala sa mga serbisyo nga gihatod nato under sa office sa CSWDO,” Aquino said.
She added that during the workshop focal persons of the CSWDO programs are also given the chance to give their suggestions and recommendations on programs or policies that improve services to sectoral groups in the city.
She encouraged Dabawenyos, as partners in program implementation, to unite in keeping the city a place that guarantees a happy and healthy environment.
“Dili mamahimong successful ang amoang implementation sa programa kung wala ang matag usa kanato nga concerned pud sa individual nga concern sa atong mga vulnerable sector sa community ," she said. CIO
