PDEA 11 Information Officer Noli Dimaandal identified the suspect as alias Jhonny, 44 years old, and a resident of said place.
Johnny was arrested by the Agents from the Regional Special Enforcement Team (RSET) of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 11, National Bureau of Investigation Southeastern Mindanao Regional Office (SEMRO) after selling a piece of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu worth P8,000 to an undercover agent acting as a poseur buyer.
The operating team also recovered from the suspect another 51grams of suspected shabu worth about P408,000 and the buy-bust marked money.
Criminal charges for violations of Republic Act No. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, are being prepared against the arrested suspect.
