Recently, Tancontian said Pilipinas Sambo would be concentrating on several national and international events this year (2023), such as the Southeast Asian Games in Cambodia, the Asian Sambo Championships in Kazakhstan, and the Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games (AIMAG) later this year in Bangkok, Thailand, according to Larida, who also revealed that 2022 had been a fruitful and productive year for the PSFI.
