Kings slay Davao Occidental Tigers 76-71 to extend winning streak to 10
DAVAO CITY—Last Thursday night, the Kings upset the host team and defending champion Davao Occidental-Cocolife with a 76-71 victory in the Manila Bankers Life-Pilipinas Super League Pro Division Second Conference Dumper Cup tour at RMC Gymnasium in Davao City.

Rence Nocum and former PBA player Michael Calisaan led the way for the Kings in their big win.

For San Juan, Nocum finished with 20 points and eight rebounds, while Calisaan came close to a double-double with 18 points and nine rebounds.

The victory let Randy Alcantara's team maintain their perfect 10-0 record, which included a recent 93-89 win over Manila.

Following their 87-66 drubbing of 1Munti on February 1, the Tigers dropped to 9-2. (Romeo Braceros Jr.)
