DAVAO CITY –The Bureau of Customs - Port of Davao (BOC-Davao) has exceeded its July 2022 revenue collection target making it as highest revenue surplus for the year.
BOC-Davao in a statement said they collected P4.54 billion in revenue, or 35.55 percent higher against its target of P3.35 billion.
This collection indicated a surplus of P1.19 billion which is also higher by 0.22 percent compared to the July 2022 collection performance of P3.55 billion.
District Collector lawyer Erastus Sandino B. Austria said the achievement is made possible through the strengthened collaboration and dialogues between its employees and stakeholders who continue to transact at the Port.
"Congratulations to the hardworking men and women of Collection District 12," he said.
He also commends the Port’s stakeholders for their trust and support of the reforms and programs of the Collection District.
