The Crown Residences showroom, set to operate before the end of the year, was officially opened by TLDC executives led by CEO Tomas Lorenzo.
“We are in Davao for the long haul. The Davao region is one of the country's top-performing economies, so it’s an attractive investment destination for industrial, residential, hospitality, and leisure industries. We hope to cater to the growing property demand here and elevate lifestyles as we bring Torre Lorenzo’s signature quality residences in Davao,” he said.
He said Crown Residences is located in its mixed-use development, Tierra Davao and was purposefully master-planned to be close to the DusitD2 Davao Hotel and Dusit Thani Residence Davao, just minutes away from the Francisco Bangoy International Airport, as well as the commercial and business districts.
Crown Residences will have 40% open space to improve inhabitants' physical and mental well-being. It was created to bring a new quality of living to Davao City. Some luxurious amenities include a garden for yoga and meditation, a jogging path, a swimming pool, a children's playground, a fitness center, and event spaces.
Since the property is also pet-friendly, a pet park is included in the design of the amenities for exclusive use of its residents.
According to TLDC's COO Cathy Casares-Ko, the company is known for its superior residential complexes.
For the convenience and security of the renters, Crown Residences will offer everyday internal property management, Ko said.
With the dusitD2 Hotel and Dusit Thani Residence serving as its anchors, two residential buildings are the Crown Residences and the Crest Residences, and future offices and commercial towers, Tierra Davao is a P3.2 billion mixed-use development project. (Romeo Braceros Jr.)
