Davao Inventors Association Vice President Julieto Mejos said their organization has been tasked with helping develop both existing and potential inventors by providing opportunities and support for their innovative ideas.
Mejos appealed to concerned government agencies and LGUs to extend assistance to the group, particularly in initiatives aimed at encouraging more people to pursue inventions and develop technologies that could benefit communities.
He also encouraged members of the public to join the organization and become advocates of innovation and invention, saying broader community participation could help create a stronger environment for aspiring inventors.
The group hopes that increased support from the government and the public will help provide inventors with more opportunities to develop, promote and potentially bring their inventions to a wider market.
