The Regional Civil Security Unit 11 (RCSU 11), in coordination with the Police Regional Office 11 (PRO 11) and the Davao City Police Office (DCPO) were the units tasked to implement the service of the order.
Based on the memorandum issued by RCSU 11, the revocation order was officially received by the unit through electronic mail on May 26, 2026. Upon receipt, Police Colonel Jomar Alexis A. Yap, Chief of RCSU 11, immediately informed PRO 11 director Brigadier General Leon Victor regarding the implementation of the order.
The units immediately launched coordination and operational briefing among concerned personnel to ensure the proper observance of procedures, security measures, and established protocols during the implementation of the activity.
Coordination was likewise made with the Davao City Police Office Director Colonel Peter Madria and the Maa Police Station for standby patrol assistance to ensure security and orderly conduct.
The Order of Revocation was thereafter served and officially received by Atty. Vicente Adrian Pajaro, legal representative of dela Rosa who manifested that he would discuss the matter with his client and further coordinate with RCSU 11 regarding the revocation order. emphasized that the implementation of the service was carried out lawfully and professionally.
“The implementation and service of the Order of Revocation were conducted in accordance with the rule of law, established procedures, and with the highest degree of professionalism,” Rosete said.
He said the Philippine National Police remains committed to the fair, impartial, and lawful execution of its mandates while ensuring respect for due process and the rights of all parties concerned.
