The Mandug Police identified the suspect as John Nick Enriquez, 25 years old, and a resident of Maa.
Enriquez, who was tagged by police as a street level target, was also allegedly in possession of illegal drug shabu worth P3,500.
Also confiscated from him is one unit cellular phone and buy-bust money.
A case for violation of Section 5 and 11 of RA 9165 is being readied against the suspect. (BY RICHY NALAGON)
