After the tournament ended in the adult category women's division, the Philippines made it to the top five in the medal ranking.
The Philippines placed fourth among the countries competing in the prestigious international jiu-jitsu championship.
The country won two medals in the women's category courtesy of Kimberly Anne Custodio and Margarita Ochoa.
Custodio won the 45kg adult category.
The Filipino went undefeated in her four matches in the competition.
Ochoa, for her part, won the 48kg category.
