The penalties cover offenses such as road rage, driving under the influence of alcohol, and reckless driving, according to the LTO in its report on Thursday morning, September 10.
The agency said the move is part of its continuing crackdown on motorists whose actions could put other road users at risk.
LTO Region XI also reminded the public that having a driver’s license comes with the responsibility to follow traffic rules and observe safe driving practices.
Motorists are likewise warned that dangerous or irresponsible behavior on the road may lead to serious penalties, including the loss of their driving privileges.
