Garcia, 42 fell to Russian champion Fedor Gorst in the finals, 3-4, 2-4.
The Filipino, a resident of Magalang, Pampanga went unbeaten in the elimination before Gorst beat him.
"Medyo kinapos na rin po, tsaka nahirapan din ang katawan dahil sa matinding lamig dito, kaya kinapos po talaga," Garcia said.
In the elimination round, Garcia beat some of the top names in billiards in the world such as the 2017 World 9-Ball finalist and fellow Filipino Carlo Biado, Naoyuki Oi of Japan, Michael Schneider of Switzerland, and Gancisco Sanchez Ruiz of Spain.
After the tournament, Garcia is set to join five more billiard tournaments in the US which would serve as qualifiers for the Predator World 10-Ball Championship including the Wisconsin Open on February 9-12. (Romeo Braceros Jr.)
