The move is among PDEA’s initiative for the celebration of National Disability Rights Week, dubbed "Innovation for Inclusion: Building Inclusive Communities Together,” under the agency’s Preventive Education and Community Involvement Section (PECIS).
According to PDEA, the school kits will help these children support their education and classroom activities.
Food packs were also distributed during the program.
“The event not only brought joy to the children but also reinforced the values of social responsibility, love, and compassion, “ PDEA 11 director Edgar Juvay said.
