SBP Region XI Director Glen Y. Escandor and SBP Region XI Operations Head Ronel Leuterio facilitated the activity, which drew 350 participants from all over region 11.
SBP Davao City Commissioner Oca Salvador and SBP Regional Commissioner lawyer Francis Calatrava headed the city delegation, joined by referees from other key cities in Region XI.
Overall, the activity was a resounding success, as the attendees learned many things and get accredited as referees.
