Citing the report of Police Brigadier General Sidney Hernia, Regional Director, Police Regional Office-MIMAROPA, PLTGEN Danao identified the nine arrested personalities as GENERAL MICHEL BLANCO Y SAN SEBASTIAN, 43, self-proclaimed General of H-World United Nation Military Philippine Government- World INTERPOLCOM (International Police Commission), and resident of Brgy.1, Roxas, Palawan; SGT. JOEL MAGBANUA Y LEDESMA, 42, married, farmer and resident of Brgy. Libertad, Taytay, Palawan; SGT. JERRY TULAMBING Y CALEBO, 53, farmer and resident of Brgy. Calawag, Taytay, Palawan; SGT. WILFREDO TATIC Y EGINA, 58, married, farmer, and resident of Brgy.IV, Roxas, Palawan; CAPTAIN JUAN SELOSE Y PRESALDO, 65, widower, farmer and resident of Brgy.Villa Paz, El Nido, Palawan; T/SGT. RODRIGO TACANI Y DEBULGADO, 73, married, farmer and resident of Brgy. Paglaum, Taytay, Palawan; MAJOR NOEL BERGANTE Y GENCIANEO, 54, married, driver and resident of Brgy.Paglaum, Taytay, Palawan; 2ND LT. ROBERT REYES Y PATANO, 50, farmer and resident of Brgy. New Ibajay, El Nido, Palawan, and; 2ND LT. ROGERIO SEDAN Y REGASPI, 49, married, farmer and resident of Brgy. Pasadeña, El Nido, Palawan.
According to the report, these nine persons were arrested at H-World Headquarters, Morningstar Building, Purok Republic, Barangay IV Roxas, Palawan at 3:00 PM by joint elements of Provincial Intelligence Unit Palawan Police Provincial Office by virtue of Search Warrant SW EJ No.164-ROX-2022-04-RX dated July 11, 2022 issued by HON. JUDGE LEAH TIONGSON- MENDOZA, Executive Judge of RTC Branch 164, for violation of RA 10591 also known as Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
The report also revealed that during the implementation of the search warrant, recovered from the possession and control of the nine suspects were one (1) Caliber 45 Pistol Remington with magazine inserted loaded with seven (7) live ammunition; twenty-six (26) live ammunition (including seven loaded in magazine) for Caliber 45; seven (7) pcs of live ammunition for cal. 38; three (3) pcs of live ammunition for Caliber 5.56 (M16); one (1) empty shell of Cal. 9mm and seven (7) empty shells of cal. 38.
The search and inventory of the pieces of evidence recovered were done in an orderly manner and duly witnessed by Brgy Captain Esther O Bungay of Brgy 4, Brgy Kgd Felipe Q Bungalso Jr, Shella May Conde of Bandera News, Freddie Camacho of Brigada News, and the suspects.
“I commend our operating units who made this police operation a success in line with our campaign against illegal possession of firearms. Their arrest signifies PNP’s serious stance in enforcing the law in line with the organization’s mandate to maintain peace and order and ensure safety and security of the public. We are also reminding the public that this group is not a legitimate organization and not affiliated with any law enforcement agency," Danao said.
Suspects and the pieces of evidence recovered are now under custody of Roxas MPS for proper disposition.
