Panes Jr., the Center Administrator of the Regional Training Center – Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center Davao. Davao Light and TESDA Region 11 have been partners since 2012 through the company’s technical-vocational projects with its social development arm, Aboitiz Foundation, Inc., such as the Project BEST (Basic Electrician Skills Training), a community-based training on Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
