Yee has decided to transfer to Bicol Volcanoes in the MPBL Invitational League.
Mark Yee, 39 has decided to transfer to the Volcanoes since the head coach of the team Aldin Ayo is also his head coach in the Philippine men’s 3×3 basketball team Chooks to Go.
Yee is a vital cog in the championship run of the Tigers.
Before his 3×3 stint, Yee won the most valuable player (MVP) award in the best of five MPBL national finals against the San Juan Go for Gold team.
Yee finished with 19 points and 12 rebounds for the Tigers in their game.
The championship is sweet for the Tigers since they were able to get back at San Juan who earlier beat them in the MPBL national finals in 2019. (Romeo Braceros Jr.)
