On 18 December 2023, a devastating fire incident engulfed Barangay Duterte, Davao City, affecting approximately 30 houses along the shoreline.
The Special Operations Unit-Southeastern Mindanao and Coast Guard Station Davao quickly mobilized to provide rescue operations and essential aid to the affected residents.
Their joint efforts not only keep the fire contained but also aid the affected families during their time of need.
